Rules and Eligibility

When: July 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021

Rules:

• All Rotary Clubs are eligible to participate.
• Any Rotary Club that successfully publishes and completes its inaugural, first-ever  Eventgroove Fundraising Campaign* triggers all Special Club Donations.
• Eventgroove Rotary Club Donations shall be made based on the following two criteria:
  • A $200 Donation shall be made to any Rotary Club that successfully publishes and completes its inaugural campaign;
  • A $100 Donation shall be made to any Rotary Club responsible for referring and mentoring another Rotary Club to successfully publish and complete their inaugural campaign.**
• There is no limit to the Total Donation Amount a Rotary Club can receive from Eventgroove.
• By referring a Rotary club, you also agree to mentor the success of that club's first ever Eventgroove fundraiser in partnership with our Rotary Success Team.**
• Example, ABC Rotary Club receives $200 for successfully completing its first-ever inaugural Eventgroove fundraising campaign; and they receive an additional $500 Donation for referring and supporting 5 other clubs to successfully complete their first-ever inaugural fundraising campaigns. As a result, ABC Rotary Club receives a total donation of $700 from Eventgroove.

How to redeem: Submit the form below to notify Eventgroove of your Club's first-ever fundraiser, and/or notify Eventgroove of any Club you will be mentoring to start their first-ever fundraiser. All eligible Rotary Club campaigns must be published through Eventgroove Fundraising anytime between July 1 and December 31, 2021. That’s it! The Eventgroove team will review all of the first-ever Rotary Club fundraising campaigns published through the end of the year, and notify each participating Rotary Club to coordinate the delivery of their Eventgroove Donation.
